(1) The in,creasing importan,ce of tourism diplomacy in " One Belt and One .Road" strategy
International tourism plays a key role in the building of the Silk Road Economic Belt which stretches over 7,000 kilometers across Asia and Europe. The initiative of building the Belt and Road raised by Chinese President XI Jinping is a strategic plan not only for a new round reform and opening up, but also for modern international cooperation.The Silk Road Economic Belt, covering 53 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa and 3 billion people to be involved of the countries along the Belt, will become a world class economic corridor with the largest development potential.It undoubtedly offers new opportunities for countries along the Belt to develop their tourism industry.The China National Tourism Administration has designated the year of 2015 as the Beautiful China, Year of Silk Road Tourism year.As the cooperation of the Belt and Road deepens and the connectivity conditions are further improved, the process of regional integration will accelerate and of course the tourism market exchanges between countries along the Belt will be strengthened.
