陈安，厦门大学法学院教授、博士生导师。中国国际经济法学会名誉会长。主要著作有：《国际经济法学》1-6版；《国际经济法刍言》等。

《国际经济法学刊》刊载国际经济法学领域研究成果，促进该领域学术交流，推动我国国际经济法教学与科研发展，服务我国涉外经济立法、决策和实务操作。
