中国海洋丛书：钓鱼岛（俄文）

　　疏震娅，大连海事大学国际法学专业博士研究生、国家海洋局海洋发展战略研究所副研究员。其主要研究方向是海洋法律与海洋权益问题。曾参与编写《中国海洋发展报告》（2008-2014年）系列年度报告、《海洋生态损害的国家索赔法律机制与国际溢油案例研究》、《渤海区域环境管理立法研究》等著作。
　　张海文，国家海洋局国际合作司司长兼港澳台办公室主任。享受国务院颁发特殊津贴的专家。中国国际法学会副会长、中国海洋法学会秘书长。原国家海洋局海洋发展战略研究所书记兼副所长，研究员。组织编著了《<联合国海洋法公约>释义集》、《联合国海洋法公约图解》和《渤海区域立法问题研究》，参与编写了《中国海洋发展报告》系列年度报告等。

Shu Zhenya: Doctoral candidate majoring in international laws in Dalian University and associate research fellow of the Marine Development Strategy Institute of State Oceanic Administration. Research interests: marine law and rights and interests. Participated in compiling The Annual Report of China’s Ocean Development Report (2008-2014), The Legal System of National Compensation of Marine Ecological Damage and A Case Study of Oil Spill in the World, and Research on the Legislation of Environmental Administration in the Bohai Sea and other books 

Zhang Haiwen: Director-General of Department of International Cooperation and Director of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Affairs Office of State Oceanic Administration; expert enjoying the special government allowances issued by the State Council; Deputy Chairman of Chinese Society of International Law and Secretary-general of China Society for The Law of The Sea; the former party committee secretary, deputy director and research fellow of the Marine Development Strategy Institute of State Oceanic Administration. Organized the compilation of A Collection of Interpretations of United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, An Illustration of United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, and Research on the Legislation of the Bohai Sea and participated in the compilation of The Annual Report of China’s Ocean Development Report and so on. 

　　《中国海洋丛书：钓鱼岛（俄文）》主要内容包括认识钓鱼岛、钓鱼岛的价值、钓鱼岛为什么属于中国、日本如何窃取钓鱼岛、二战后钓鱼岛理应归还中国、美国“托管”埋下祸根、“搁置争议”的默契共识、谁在“改变现状”以及中国维护钓鱼岛主权的努力九个方面。通过对这些问题的阐述，力图全方位地介绍钓鱼岛问题，以期说明钓鱼岛属于中国的历史事实和法理依据，批判日本的无理主张和非法挑衅，向社会大众揭示事实真相，以正视听。

This book aims to introduce the Diaoyu Dao issue in an all-round way from nine aspects including Knowing Diaoyu Dao, Its Values, Why Does Diaoyu Dao Belong to China, How Did Japan Grab Diaoyu Dao from China, Japan Should Return Diaoyu Dao to China, the Root of Trouble of U.S. Administration, Acquiescence in “Shelving Differences”, Who Is Changing the Status Quo, and China’s Efforts to Uphold Its Sovereignty over Diaoyu Dao. It states the historical fact and the legal basis that Diaoyu Dao belongs to China. It criticizes Japan’s unfounded claim and illegal provocation. It unveils the truth to the public in order to clarify the truth and ensure a correct understanding of the matter.
